Deeply rooted in the CrossFit methodology, we're interested in creating work capacity across broad time and modal domains, across the years of our life - ie HEALTH.

Jocelyn Rylee, co-owner of CF BRIO, is your resident nutrition expert! Jocelyn is a CF-L4 coach and has a Masters of Science of Human Nutrition.
